Sales Executive

Josh Armstrong

Josh works within our Sales team and support Public Sector tender delivery, events and new business opportunities. He is also taking the lead with targeting Housing associations, working alongside a number of external organisations to increase our exposure within this emerging sector.

He loves playing and watching football (Liverpool FC) and Game of Thrones.

Finance Manager

Peter Batchelor

Peter takes responsibility for the day to day accounts function for Latcham Direct, supported by our accounts team.

Production Manager/Health & Safety Manager

Gary Cross

Garry is responsible for all production across the business, ensuring that each and every campaign and customer job is delivered at every stage. This includes day to day scheduling and management of staff and machinery. He has an in-depth knowledge of all the machinery on site and is NEBOSH (Health & Safety) certified with responsibility for Latcham’s Bristol site facilities.

He enjoys gardening, walking and especially cycling (both road and mountain).

Account Director

Garry Ford

Garry is a senior member of the Sales team with over 30 year’s print industry experience. He is a membership, trade union and health sector specialist who focuses on extensive direct marketing campaigns on behalf of our range of UK customers. He is also involved with a range of regional networking groups and has recently provided presentations on data management and compliance.

A sporting man, he loves golf and watching football — his favorite team is Wolverhampton Wanderers

Finance Director

Ken Gibbs

Ken is responsible for all financial aspects of the business including planning, reporting, funding, analysis and controls.

He’s into most sports, particularly horse racing, cricket and football, along with food and drink, music and beekeeping!

Head of Media Services

Russell Heath

Russell takes responsibility for our large and dedicated digital team that delivers a range of solutions to customers through the UK. Russell and the team utilise sophisticated document, email and web design software to deliver and integrate multi-stage and multi -channel campaigns that offer personalised messaging across print, web, emails, SMS and social media.

Managing Director

Mike Hughes

Mike is the Managing Director of Latcham Direct and takes responsibility for the strategic direction of the business and the day to day management of over 90 members of staff, across two sites (Bristol & Crawley). He specialises in direct marketing and document fulfilment including data, personalization, print, mail and digital marketing.

He loves to cycle, run and sail.

HR Director

Sue Hughes

Sue is responsible for recruitment, implementation and review of HR related policies and ensures that all our staff are treated fairly. She oversees and offers help and advice to managers regarding disciplinary, performance issues and grievances as well as performance reviews, training & development. The HR team ensures that Equal opportunity and Diversity are adhered to throughout the business and part of her role involves Health and Safety and keeping up to date with employment law.

Her many interests include running, cycling, tennis, horse riding, taking on new challenges and spending time with her family and friends.

Commercial Manager

Helen Kingston

Helen is responsible for Print & Postal Management across the business, working alongside external providers to ensure we achieve the best possible price, delivery and quality for all our customers. She has also been instrumental in implementing a new print management system throughout the business that will lead to greater quality and efficiencies.

In her spare time, she likes to cook and read.

Client Services Director

David Lonie

David is a Membership, Charities & Higher Education sector specialist working with customers throughout the UK. He has specific expertise in supporting Individual Giving, Donor and Member acquisition campaigns, Member Renewal programs, Gift Aid, GDPR, pack design and postal management.

He loves to cook and read.

Operations Director

Colin Mattinson

Colin has a broad set of operational, commercial and client responsibilities and is responsible for all the equipment used as well as Quality Assurance (9001), Environmental (14001) and Information Security Management System (ISO27001), IT and Data Services teams, Client Services and the commercial estimating function.

In his free time, Colin cycles and runs, and loves to socialise with friends and family.

Production Director

Steve Morgan

Steve is responsible for all aspects of Latcham production including initial planning stages through to efficient delivery. He heads up a significant production team based in Bristol that take responsibility for quality print and campaign delivery to customers throughout the UK.

He likes to cycle and run.

Client Services Manager

Lisa Randolph

Lisa has been working for CGL from day one (CGL celebrated its 30th anniversary on 23rd February) and with Latcham Direct acquiring CGL in 2017, Lisa has many years’ experience of the print industry. On a day to day basis Lisa has a crucial role to play, dealing with Local Authority annual and daily mailing, Charity donor mailing, Membership organisation mailings, print management, stock distribution and promotional products.

Her favourite hobbies are Pilates, spending time with friends and family, ballroom and Latin dancing, cinema / films.

Business Development Manager

Mark Skirton

Mark is a sector specialist for Revenues & Benefits and Electoral Services who also supports a range of Public Sector, Housing and Utilities customers with citizen communications, specifically annual billing, electoral services printing, e-delivery & educational communication service delivery.

You might catch him in a triathlon or writing music.
