Latcham Direct, a leading provider of digital, print, marketing and fulfillment services is delighted to be working with the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) in the delivery of monthly membership Renewals & Welcome membership packs.

Background & Solution

With a contract that spans three years, Latcham Direct will start production on December 1st 2017 and will be delivering member communications via post, incorporating existing formats with some small adjustments ensuring that the final versions are compliant with brand guidelines.

Although the initial project focuses on print delivery, one of the reasons why we were selected is our capability to engage with digital technologies, supporting customers to make the transition from print to digital although direct marketing will always be a feature for RHS member campaigns.

With a dedicated digital services team, we have worked with a range of customers, developing highly personalised customer portals and have supported complex data projects to ensure increase customer / member engagement and retention.
