We’re thrilled to welcome Les Keen to Latcham Direct as our new Sales Director. Les will be responsible for the strategic leadership of the sales team as we position ourselves for our next stage of growth.
Les started his career in engineering and project delivery roles within both the UK and the Middle East, and brings 30 years of experience in sales to the role, with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions to clients across a number of industries. Within senior sales roles in utilities and financial services he was directly responsible for the performance of a number of large field-based sales operations. For the past 12 years Les, has focused on providing solutions within the UK healthcare sector and has established a strong client-focused reputation and extensive knowledge of underpinning general public sector delivery of services. Prior to joining Latcham, Les was Director of Sales at Amicus ITS.
