Postal Voting Packs
With a range of postal ballot formats available, the statement can be specifically designed to incorporate the requirements of each council. For example, Latcham’s one piece mailer format provides both the statement and envelope A in one personalised voting statement document, containing an integrated self-seal envelope that is then returned in envelope B. This ensures document integrity and security.
Additional features include colour codes for ease of identification by the Returning Officer along with bar codes for proof of voting and full adherence to legislation. We can enclose multiple ballot papers using cameras and scanners to match documents, as required.
Poll Cards & Ballot Papers
In 2016 alone we printed over 700,000 poll cards for local authorities, ranging from standard, postal, proxy, postal proxy and poll cards with maps. We can print on coloured stock where required and with Latcham’s experience in postal management, postal savings can be achieved through the application of our sophisticated mail sortation software and downstream access services.
Our print formats enables us to produce long ballot papers allowing for more than 20+ candidates on a standard ballot paper format. We offer a full range of ballot slip including different colours for tendered slips, as well as large print and laminated options.
Ballot slips are collated for polling stations and packed clearly denoting tendered and ordinary books. Our service ensures full traceability from our warehouse to the poll station for additional security.
From our years of experience our solutions are focused on ensuring that we support councils in delivering a seamless and hassle free voting experience. Ease of counting the vote is helped with the provision of summary sheets and grass skirts, all of which we provide.
