Making sure the data is ‘fit for purpose’ is also crucial to delivering communications that deliver maximum responses and return on marketing investment and comply with legislation. Latcham can carry out an expensive range of data processing services including the following: de-duplication, merge and purge, name and address management, Salutation generation and data verification.
Latcham is able to remove or suppress people and businesses known to have ‘gone away’, by comparing the data with a number of national database suppression services, including the following industry suppressions; gone away, mortality, address validation, and the Mailing Preference Service. Latcham can apply complex matching routines to your data to identify actual, and likely duplicate customer records. This works at an individual surname or household level with the degree of matching adjusted to suit specific requirements. We can maintain your own suppression files and apply these to each of your marketing campaigns.
Latcham can enhance your data to add additional fields derived from lookup tables. By example, we could find the local branch from your customers address details and then add personalised maps to your promotional materials.

At Latcham, we use the most sophisticated document, email and web design software – XMPie Cross Media Suite.
The use of one cross media platform allows us to deliver and integrate multi stage, multi-channel campaigns which provides personalised messaging across print, web pages, emails, SMS and social media communications. Xmpie uses a shared database structure which is maintained through a campaign and is updated with response information to provide advance analytics.

We use sophisticated document composition software, Adobe InDesign and XMPie uCreate, to create and deliver dynamic content rich, one to one customer communication. Our composition software combines rich customer data, variable images, variable text and marketing copy, variable pages, and variable charts and graphs to create highly personalised documents tailored for each individual recipient. This software allows us to re-purpose the document designs to suit delivery across various online and mobile channels; this benefits the consumer, who receives a highly personalised message via their channel of choice.
Latcham manages email campaigns, where trigger-marketing techniques drive high response levels. Latcham follow industry best practice for the design, structure and broadcasting of email campaigns to protect brand reputation. Using Adobe Dreamweaver and XMPie we are able to design HTML templates with rich variable data driven content to create personalised, relevant, and engaging email messages.

Restrictions are enforced in accordance with best practice and legislation.
No two clients are the same and many work with multiple systems with their own unique outputs. We securely integrate with all platforms to transfer your data / print output from your systems to ours. We will work with your IT teams to facilitate the correct solution for your business requirements.
Many of our customers systems output print files, such as PDF, which typically require some further preparation, such as sorting, adding part codes, address verification, extracting meta data, or merging with over print files. We have a suit of tools which can process even the most challenging requirements and allowing us to accept output from many different systems.
Latcham manage returns and campaign responses, such as replies to questionnaires, response coupons and application forms. These responses are sorted and batched, the information captured either by keying or scanning and the data is then either held at our secure data centre or returned to you in the required data format. Once the responses are captured we can arrange to have the hard copies stored in our warehouse or securely destroyed using one of our certified waste management contractors.
At Latcham we are able to develop bespoke routines that enable us to receive, transfer and process your incoming data from your internal systems. We do this by working with you and your technical and marketing team to gain a detailed understanding of your requirements. We then will create an integrated solution which combines bespoke code (where required) with our extensive range of data processing and personalisation tools. Depending on your requirements we can develop simple routines to automated on-going transactional fulfilment, or provide an end-to-end solution that encompasses data processing, printed communications, email and SMS (cross media) and a suite of automated real time reports and campaign analytics.
Latcham has integrated document composition workflow with our powerful archiving solution. This solution allows us to create an exact PDF rendition of your customers’ printed documents including insurance policies, utility contracts, e-payroll and other documents required to be electronically archived for compliance or customer service activity. Once stored, these documents can be made available to contact centres, agents and customers, either through client specific enterprise logins, or via a secure customer portal. Customers are able to log into the secure document portal, search, view and remotely print their documents held on the archive. To date we have around 17 million documents stored in our secure archive and our solutions conform to ISO 27001 information security management standards.
We have an e-delivery solution which is being used by our customers to offer delivery of documents by email, or notification via email and collection of documents from our secure online document archiving solution (see above). Consumers are increasingly choosing to read communications on a wide range of devices, and our technology is responsive to ensure that your communications are delivered in a professional manner. We maintain an audit trail of all documents which are delivered, and when using our online archive we can also track if and when a customer opened documents. In the event that your customers do not open documents online we can offer a follow up via email or alternative print and mail any unread documents.
Latcham provides real time response analytics using a web-enabled console, which allows marketers to view their campaign metrics via a web browser in real time and on any devise. This enables campaign decisions to be made in the light of accurate live data.
